Another name for this piece should be: HOPE. A brush with cancer brought a shadow to my world. When I started this picture I was undergoing tests with no conclusion. Three hours after finishing this picture I was told I had cancer. During that week of uncertainty I found myself in a great pit looking to the sun. In the darkest reaches, light will always shine for those that still have hope.
